Reporting & Analytics

Ask the question. Get the report.

33 report types covering transactions, risk, settlement, balances and disputes, with filters that go where you need them and exports in the format your team already uses. And when the answer is not in a standard report, you can just ask for it in plain English.

Reporting your team will actually use

Most platforms give you a transaction list and call it analytics. This is a reporting system: a library of real reports, charts you configure, exports that do not time out, and an assistant for the questions nobody built a report for.

What you get

From a standing report to a one-off question

The reports you run every month should be one click. The question you have never asked before should not require a ticket to engineering. Both live in the same place.

A library, not a blank page

33 report types ship with the platform and cover the questions a payments business actually asks every month: captured and declined volume, failure statistics, daily risk and status by merchant and by terminal, rolling reserve, settlement, monthly statements, chargebacks and disputes, stored cards, recurring series, account balances and web service call volumes. Each one is filtered rather than fixed, so the same report answers this month, this merchant or this terminal without anyone building a variant.

Ask for the report nobody built

Type the question the way you would say it to a colleague. The assistant turns it into a structured query plan - the metric, the grouping, the filters, the period - and shows you that plan before anything runs. It never writes free-form database queries, because every part of the plan has to resolve against a known reporting schema, which is what keeps a natural language feature from becoming a way to ask the database anything at all. You supply your own model key, so questions and results stay on terms you control.

Dashboards you configure yourself

Charts are configuration, not a development request. Build the views your operation watches, from approval and decline trends to wallet and balance monitoring, and give finance its own dashboard covering settled against unsettled volume by acquirer and currency. Views can be scoped so a group sees its own numbers and nobody else's, and the heavy aggregates are prepared in advance so opening a dashboard does not mean waiting on a query across every transaction you have ever taken.

Exports that survive real volume

Every report exports as a spreadsheet, a CSV, an HTML document or plain text, so whatever your accounting team or your data warehouse expects, it gets it. Large exports are queued and generated in the background rather than held open in a browser that gives up halfway through a million rows, and finished files are kept in an archive you can come back to. Reports can be delivered by email on a schedule, which is usually what people mean when they say they want a dashboard.

Three audiences, one reporting engine

The reports your operators run, the ones your merchants pull from their own portal, and the ones your partners see for the merchants they introduced all come from the same engine with the same numbers. Scope is applied by permission rather than by building three versions of a report, so a merchant cannot see another merchant and a partner cannot see beyond their own book. It also means your support team and your merchant are looking at the same figure when they get on a call.

How it works

From question to file

1

Pick or ask

Choose one of the standing report types, or type the question in plain English and let the assistant compile it into a plan you can check.

2

Narrow

Filter by period, merchant, terminal, currency, card brand, issuing country, status and the rest, until the report is the one you meant.

3

Generate

Small results come back on screen. Large ones go to the queue and are built in the background so nothing hangs or times out.

4

Deliver

Download it, keep it in the archive, or have it emailed on a schedule so the monthly pack arrives without anyone remembering to make it.

What comes as standard

33 report types

Transactions, risk, finance, disputes, balances and service usage.

Plain-English questions

Compiled to a reviewable query plan, never to free-form SQL.

Configurable charts

Build the dashboard views your operation watches, without a release.

Four export formats

Excel, CSV, HTML and plain text from the same report.

Background queue

Million-row exports generated out of band instead of timing out.

Scheduled email

The monthly pack arrives without anyone remembering to build it.

Report archive

Generated files kept and retrievable, per merchant and per group.

Permission scoped

A report never returns rows the viewer's role cannot see.

Issuer-country filters

Filter on the card's issuing country, not the billing address.

Cost columns

Interchange, scheme and dispute fees available on transaction exports.

Merchant self-service

Merchants pull their own reports from your branded portal.

Bring your own key

The assistant runs on your model credentials, on your terms.

What did you ask for last quarter?

Bring the report your team had to build by hand, or the question your current platform could not answer. We will show you both in the console.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is the natural language feature safe to give an operator?

It is built so that it has to be. The question is compiled into a structured plan whose metrics, groupings and filters all have to resolve against a defined reporting schema, and you see that plan before it runs. It does not generate free-form database queries, so there is no path from a cleverly worded question to data the person was never allowed to see.

  • Whose AI account does the assistant use?

Yours. You configure your own model credentials, so the commercial relationship, the usage and the data handling terms are between you and your provider rather than routed through us.

  • What happens with a report of a million rows?

It goes to the queue. Large reports are generated in the background and the finished file is kept in an archive, so nobody is sitting on a spinning browser tab and nothing dies at a request timeout. You can carry on working and collect it when it is ready.

  • Can merchants and partners run their own reports?

Yes, from your branded portal, and from the same engine your operators use. Scope is enforced by permission, so a merchant sees only their own activity and a partner only the merchants they introduced. Everyone is looking at the same numbers, which removes most of the reason for a support call.

  • Can reports arrive automatically?

Yes. Reports can be generated on a schedule and delivered by email, which is what most teams actually want when they ask for a dashboard. The monthly pack turns up without anyone having to remember to produce it.

  • Do reports include what a transaction cost us?

Where reconciliation has supplied it, yes. Interchange, scheme and dispute fee columns are available on transaction exports, which is what lets a report answer a margin question rather than only a volume question.

  • Can we get the data into our own warehouse?

Yes. Every report exports as CSV or a spreadsheet, exports can be scheduled, and generated files are retained, so a nightly pull into your own reporting stack is a matter of configuration rather than a project.
