Coriunder Feature overview 3 min read

Reporting your finance team can actually use

Out-of-the-box reports cover the common needs; custom report builder handles the rest. Filter by every transaction field, group by any dimension, export anywhere.

Custom date ranges

Reporting that answers a specific question rather than dumping a table. Filter to the merchant, acquirer, period, currency and status you care about, then take the result away in the format your team already uses.

Approved + declined

See approved vs. declined volume per merchant, per acquirer, per BIN, per geography. Decline reason analysis built in.

Excel + API export

Group by merchant, by acquirer, by currency, by card brand, by country, by decline reason - or any combination.

Excel and API export

Generate and download approved/declined transaction reports across custom date ranges in Excel. Pull the same data via the API for your data warehouse.

Saved reports

Save report definitions for recurring use. Schedule them to run automatically and email to your team.

How reports run

  1. Define

Use the report builder to choose filters, date range, grouping and metrics. Save the definition.

  2. Run

Run on demand or on schedule. Large reports run in the background; you get notified when ready.

  3. Export

Download to Excel, push to your data warehouse via API, or have the report emailed on a schedule.

Frequently asked questions

How long is data retained?

Retention is set per deployment, and reporting reaches historical data as well as current activity. Confirm the period you need for your own compliance obligations as part of contracting.

Can I report across all merchants in one view?

Yes. Reports can be scoped to a single merchant, a merchant group or all merchants - your role determines what you can see.

Can I push transactions to my data warehouse?

Yes. Reports export as CSV or a spreadsheet and can be produced on a schedule, so a nightly pull into your own warehouse is configuration rather than a project.

Can I get scheduled reports by email?

Yes. Save a report definition and schedule it daily, weekly or monthly. The report runs and emails the file to your team.

How quickly does new data appear in reports?

Real-time. New transactions are indexed within seconds and appear in the next report run.

Where is data hosted?

Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
