Fast merchant onboarding via the Wizard - minimal data entry, automatic provisioning, ready in minutes for the standard cases.

Coriunder Feature overview 3 min read

Onboarding for merchants you already trust

Some merchants need full onboarding with KYB, document verification and risk scoring. Others - referred merchants, sub-merchants of trusted partners, internal test accounts - need none of that. Merchant Quick-add is built for those.

Wizard-driven

For the cases where a full application is the wrong instrument. A short form creates a working merchant now, and the account can be taken through proper onboarding afterwards without being recreated.

Auto-provisioning

Pick a Terminal Template and the new merchant inherits the right MID mix, fee structure, risk rules and routing logic automatically.

Live in minutes

On submit, MIDs are provisioned, fee templates assigned and the merchant gets login credentials - typically within minutes.

Audit-logged

Quick-add bypasses the standard onboarding queue but still produces a full audit trail. Compliance can see who created what, when and why.

Convertible to full onboarding

A Quick-add merchant can be converted to full onboarding later if KYB or document verification becomes required.

How Quick-add works

  1. Pick template

Operator selects the right Terminal Template based on the merchant's vertical and tier.

  2. Enter basics

Merchant name, contact info, vertical confirmation. The template handles the rest.

  3. Live

On submit, MIDs provision, fee templates apply, credentials issue. Merchant ready to transact.

Frequently asked questions

When is Quick-add appropriate vs. full onboarding?

Use it when the relationship is already understood and the account simply needs to exist, and use full onboarding when the application itself is doing the work of deciding whether to accept the merchant.

Does Quick-add skip KYB?

Yes - that's the point. Quick-add bypasses KYB; the operator takes responsibility for the merchant's legitimacy.

Can Quick-add be permission-gated?

Yes. Quick-add is gated by permission like anything else, so it can be limited to the roles that should be allowed to bypass the full application path.

Can I convert a Quick-add merchant to full onboarding later?

Yes. Trigger full onboarding from the merchant's admin view; the merchant runs through KYB, document verification and risk scoring without disrupting transactions.

How are Quick-add merchants flagged for compliance review?

Quick-add merchants carry a marker in the admin console and reports. Compliance teams typically review them on a periodic cycle.

Where is data hosted?

Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
