Coriunder Feature overview 3 min read

A merchant portal merchants actually want to use

Merchants need real-time visibility into their volume, settlements and balance. The Merchant Control Panel gives them that - self-service, branded as your platform.

Self-service

The portal your merchants run themselves from, under your brand. Their transactions, balances, settlements, reports and users, without your support desk acting as their interface.

Real-time data

Per-merchant settlement statements with full fee breakdowns. Past settlements and forecast for upcoming payouts.

White-labelled

Current balance per currency with the row-by-row breakdown showing every event that moved it. Reconciliation-grade detail.

Sub-user management

Merchants can create sub-users for their own team - sales, finance, support - each with role-based permissions within the merchant's scope.

White-labelled

Your domain, your visual identity. The merchant never sees Coriunder branding.

How merchants use the portal

  1. Track

Daily volume, transaction status, decline patterns - visible in real time on the dashboard.

  2. Reconcile

Settlement statements, balance rows and exportable reports for accounting reconciliation.

  3. Operate

Issue refunds, request payouts, update sub-users, manage payment-method preferences - all self-service.

Frequently asked questions

How is access scoped?

A merchant sees their own data and nothing else, enforced by permission, and they can create sub-users with narrower access than their own.

Can merchants issue refunds?

Yes - within the limits you define. Refund permissions are role-based and configurable per merchant tier.

Can merchants update their own configuration?

Yes, within the limits you set. Some settings belong to the merchant and some belong to you, and the split is configuration rather than something to negotiate case by case.

Is the portal mobile-friendly?

Yes. The portal is fully responsive and works on mobile and tablet alongside desktop.

Can merchants export their data?

Yes. Excel, CSV and API exports available for transactions, settlements and balance rows.

Where is data hosted?

Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
