The end customer,
across every merchant.
Track every end-customer across the merchant base - KYC status, transaction history, balance and risk flags, all in one view.
Customers are first-class entities
Some platforms only track transactions and merchants; Coriunder also tracks the end-customers behind them. KYC status, transaction history, balance, risk flags - all per customer, all in one view.
End-customer tracking
The end customer as a first-class record rather than a name attached to a transaction: their accounts, stored cards, balances, verification state and full activity history in one profile.
KYC status
Every transaction tied to the customer, searchable and filterable by date, status, method, value, merchant.
Cross-merchant view
For wallet, banking and gaming use cases, the platform tracks customer balance - pay-ins, pay-outs, holds, releases - all in one view.
Risk flags
Flag customers based on transaction patterns, KYC anomalies or rule triggers. Flags follow the customer across all merchants on the platform.
Self-service portal
Customers can manage their KYC documents, view transaction history and update payment details through a branded portal.
How customers are managed
- Onboard
Customer signs up; KYC runs through the configured provider; status updates in real time.
- Operate
Customer transacts; activity flows into the per-customer view; risk flags trigger when patterns warrant.
- Resolve
Operations team reviews flagged customers, updates KYC status, suspends or reinstates as needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can a customer exist across multiple merchants?
Yes. A customer can transact with several merchants on the platform and still be one record, which is what lets you see behaviour across the portfolio rather than one merchant's narrow view of it.
How is KYC status maintained?
KYC verification runs through your configured providers - Sumsub, GetID, ShuftiPro, Trulioo or others. Results stored against the customer with full audit trail.
Can customers self-service?
Yes. Customers can manage their own profile, payment methods and history from a portal under your brand, which keeps routine changes out of your support queue.
How are risk flags handled?
Flags are visible to operators in the admin console and configurable to block or queue further transactions. Flags can be reviewed and cleared with audit log.
Is customer data exportable?
Yes. Customer data is exportable for GDPR data subject requests and for your own analytics. The platform supports SAR workflows natively.
Where is data hosted?
Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
