Coriunder Feature overview 3 min read

Balance is the sum of every line that moves it

A balance number is useful; the line-by-line breakdown is what your finance team actually needs. Balance Rows show every event that moves the balance, in order, with full context.

Itemised

Every event that changes a balance is its own row: pay-ins, pay-outs, fees, holds and releases. Nothing is netted away before you see it, so the ledger can be read forwards and the closing figure can be traced back to the movements that produced it.

Per-currency

Each currency has its own balance and its own row stream. Switch currencies without losing context.

Reconciliation-grade

Every row links back to the underlying transaction, settlement, refund or chargeback for one-click context.

Filter and search

Filter rows by type, date range, amount, reference. Save common filters for recurring queries.

Export to accounting

Export balance rows to CSV, Excel or via API for posting to your accounting system. Reconciliation-ready format.

How balance rows are used

  1. Inspect

Open the balance view for any merchant; see every event that moved the balance in chronological order.

  2. Trace

Click a row to see the underlying transaction, settlement or fee event. Full context one click away.

  3. Export

Filter the row stream and export to your accounting system. Reconciliation against bank statements becomes a check, not an investigation.

Frequently asked questions

How granular is the row data?

Row level. Each entry carries its amount, currency, type, status, the account it belongs to and the transaction or request that caused it, which is the granularity reconciliation needs rather than a daily summary.

Can a merchant see its own balance rows?

Yes. The merchant control panel shows the merchant its own balance rows with the same filtering and export capabilities.

How are FX events shown?

A conversion is recorded as its own movement with the rate applied, so a balance moving between currencies leaves an auditable trail instead of appearing as an unexplained change in two places.

Can I export balance rows in real time?

Yes. Use the API to pull rows or use webhooks to push events as they happen - useful for live accounting integration.

How long are balance rows retained?

Per your contract - typically 7+ years to meet regulatory requirements. Older rows are queryable but archived for performance.

Where is data hosted?

Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
