Every merchant, MID and transaction.
One console.
The operator console - every merchant, MID, transaction, fee and settlement in a single interface. One backend to manage your entire payment operation.
One backend for the whole stack
Coriunder operators do not bounce between five tools. Merchants, MIDs, transactions, fees, settlements, risk, KYC, affiliates, banking, vouchers - all live in one console with role-based access.
Single console
One place to work from. Merchants, terminals, transactions, balances, settlements and disputes are all reachable without switching systems or learning a second tool, and what an operator can reach is decided by their profile rather than by convention.
Role-based access
Search, filter, refund, capture, void, dispute and reconcile transactions across the entire merchant base.
Full audit log
Generate per-merchant settlements with full fee breakdowns; manage rolling reserve; export to your finance system.
Risk and compliance
Configure risk rules, monitor flagged transactions, manage KYC/KYB queues, review AML alerts.
Role-based access
Different teams need different access - sales, support, finance, risk, compliance. Granular role-based permissions; every action audit-logged.
How operators use the console
- Onboard
New merchants flow through the onboarding queue. Approve or queue based on the rules engine's scoring.
- Operate
Monitor transaction volume, decline patterns, risk alerts and chargebacks. Take action without leaving the console.
- Reconcile
Generate settlements, export financial reports, reconcile against acquirer statements - all from one interface.
Frequently asked questions
Can different teams have different access levels?
Yes. Access is granted by admin profile, so an onboarding clerk, a risk analyst and a finance controller each see the console that belongs to their job. Menus follow the profile rather than being maintained by hand.
Is every action audited?
Yes. Every action in the admin console is logged with user, timestamp and full payload. The audit log is searchable and exportable.
Can I customise the dashboard?
The console is assembled from modules, so a deployment runs the areas it actually needs and each area can be turned on or off. Charts are configurable, and custom fields can be added where your operation needs to record something the standard model does not.
How are bulk operations handled?
Bulk fee changes, bulk merchant updates and bulk MID provisioning are supported through CSV import or the API - with full audit logging.
Is 2FA enforced?
Yes. 2FA is enforced for all admin operators by default. SSO is available on enterprise tier.
Where is data hosted?
Hosting, retention and data residency are set per deployment rather than fixed, and each brand is served from its own domain. Tell our team what your regulator and your customers require and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
